Terms & Conditions

The purpose of this Retreat Agreement is to communicate our mutual expectations during this Ecstatic Birth Retreat. 

In exchange for being allowed to participate in the Retreat, you agree to be bound to the following terms.

1. Parties

This Agreement is made between Ecstatic Birth LLC, a Limited Liability Company operating in the State of New York (“Ecstatic Birth, “we”, “us”, and “our”) and you, the undersigned (electronically or by hand) or person who has clicked “I Agree” to this Agreement (“you” and “your”).

2. Payment & Deposit

 In order to reserve your spot on a retreat a $500 payment is required. We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your payment of $500 deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit for any reason. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the retreat. Payment plans are available by mutual agreement of terms.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Until May 1, 2025  Ecstatic Birth will refund 50% of the total retreat cost. After May 1, 2025 all payments are non-refundable. Until July 1, 2025 the non-refundable portion of your investment will convert into a credit that you can use within the next 2 years towards another Ecstatic Birth retreat or program.  

No credit or refund will be provided for late arrivals or early departures.

While no one anticipates the need to cancel or postpone a retreat, unforeseen circumstances can arise. We strongly recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel cancellation insurance upon booking your retreat to protect your investment.

4. Changes and Cancellation by Ecstatic Birth

Ecstatic Birth reserves the right to cancel any trip or part of the trip. If Ecstatic Birth must postpone or cancel a retreat due to reasons beyond their control, affected clients will receive a credit towards a future retreat or any Ecstatic Birth program valid for 2 years.  If Ecstatic Birth   cancels a retreat for any reason, including Force Majeure, Ecstatic Birth is not responsible for loss of funds in association with travel accommodations made by the guest.

Ecstatic Birth is not responsible for any personal costs incurred due to a cancelled retreat, including but not limited to airline tickets, lost wages, or other travel-related expenses.

5. Passports, Visas, and Flights

You are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents for countries you will visit during the retreat. For many countries, passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. Visa information will vary location to location, and details will be included in your trip’s logistics. You are responsible for booking flights to the retreat.   We are not responsible if you are refused entry into the country because of incorrect travel documents and this event will not result in a refund.

6. No Guarantees

Ecstatic Birth makes no guarantees that you will get any specific results from your participation in the Retreat. We do, however, promise that we will try our best to do everything to ensure you have the most wonderful experience.

7. Ownership of Materials

Any content that we have provided to you, including but not limited to videos, documents and PDFs, are for your use only and are not to be re-distributed or re-used.

8. Media Release

This event may be filmed and photographed and by your participation you hereby give consent to Ecstatic Birth to use any of these materials  for the purpose of training, education, and marketing of Ecstatic Birth and/or Ecstatic Birth retreats.  

9. Recommended Travel Insurance

We recommend you obtain “cancel anytime” travel insurance that covers your participation in the activities on the Retreat. Each client is 100% responsible for any loss, penalties, fees, or other financial consequences arising out of booking a trip or the cancellation of a trip.

10. Discretion to Deny Bookings

We reserve the right to reject any client booking at any time prior to the start date.

11. Health, Immunizations, and Travel Warnings

 Each guest assumes full responsibility for researching the safety and security of countries that will be visited. Clients may visit their physician to know what vaccines are recommended. By booking a trip with Ecstatic Birth LLC, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of performing the activities on the trip you booked. You are also confirming that you are able to care for yourself during the trip and do not have any medical conditions that could cause risk for yourself or others during the trip.

12. Privacy Policy

Any information that we collect about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of a trip. The information may be disclosed to our agents, service providers or other suppliers to enable us to operate the trip.

13. General Indemnity

You hereby fully indemnify Ecstatic Birth LLC  and any of its members, directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, executors, administrators, successors, family members and assigns (the “Indemnified Parties”) and save harmless the Indemnified Parties from any losses, claims, damages, actions, causes of action, costs and expenses that an Indemnified Party may sustain, incur or suffer at any time, either during or after the Term, which are based upon, arise out of or occur, directly or indirectly, by reason of any act or omission by you in participating in the Retreat. 

15. Standard Legal Things. Choice of Laws and Venue

This Agreement will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New York. The parties agree to irrevocably submit all claims to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York. Severability. If any provisions of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions in the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and replaces any prior agreements. Waiver of Breach. The waiver by me of any breach by you of any provision of this Agreement will not be taken to be a waiver of any further breaches by you. Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, e-mail or text will suffice for written notice when required as set out above. Headings. The headings used in this Agreement are for stylistic purposes only and none of the content in the headings are intended to be legally binding. Counterparts. This agreement may be signed by any number of counterparts, each of which is an original, and all of which taken together constitute one single document. Online Agreement. We agree that this Agreement may be signed electronically or agreed to by having you click “I Agree”, the effect of which will be the same as if we signed the Agreement by hand and the intention of which is that both parties desire to be bound by all the terms of the Agreement.
